Oats Rasinis Bars........


Fiber and Protein. Adding instant oatmeal to your diet can help you increase your fiber intake and keep your LDL cholesterol low.RasinisGood sources of nonheme iron, 


  1.   Ingredients 
    • Oats-2 2/3 cups 
    • Honey-1/2cup 
    • Peanut butter-3/4 cup 
    • Mix in - raisins  2tbls






    1. Roast oats in microwave for 1-2 minutes.cool it.add peanut butter honey mixture into oats
    2. Mix well





    3. Add raisins to this batter.





    4. Stire well combined together all ingredients




    5.  Dump into a greased 8x8 baking dish and pack and flatten into an even layer. 7Cover and refrigerate until firm. 
    6. Slice into bars or squares
    7. Sending to Livogen
